I have had the opportunity to stay with the same provider for the full duration of my student experience at trinity court, 207 king street and now currently at 403 king street and they do not disappoint. The flats are very affordable and comfortable and they come with everything you could possibly need. The staffs are also very kind and helpful and have done their very best especially during these trying times. I would 100% recommend.

Having stayed at both 403 King Street and Trinity Court with the same provider for 3 years now, I love it and wouldn’t have even considered staying anywhere else! The team are lovely and communication is always excellent. The flat is really nice (modern, great appliances) and parking is included which is a bonus (even though buses are available outside 403 very regularly and the city centre/University of Aberdeen campus are both within walking distance)! Will really miss living at 403 when I graduate.
Zetland house has made a great space for me to live for my postgraduate program, and even during the pandemic they have been incredibly accessible and helpful with everything I have needed.
