It’s hard to give a 5 because I want to really bad. We ordered the the Turkey which with chips, sausage sandwich. And 1/2 pound chopped brisket to go. Bill was 25. Fair price. Sandwich’s could have been a little more than just meat and bun. The meat I give a 4.5. Cooked well, not over seasoned and juicy. Sauces is 3.5. Not tried the brisket but anxious to do so. Gordy has been doing this from love...not because he has to; and it shows! Such a nice guy! We will go back for sure.

Best kept secret BBQ joint in Carrollton! It is literally a shack. The meat is on point. Only open Friday & Saturday, I always get a chopped brisket sandwich when I come through town.
Pulled pork was seasoned strange, however it was edible. Sliced brisket was lean and tough. It had the texture of a ruined prime rib. Jalapeno sausage was not edible thus we tossed it. I would rather have gotten cheap smoked sausage from the store. I wanted to like it, I really did. The five star reviews fooled me. There were no onion, jalapeno or bread given and the order that we called ahead which was supposed to be ready in 20 min took 30.
