Amazing restaurant! I went to 400 Gradi for a birthday celebration, and loved the vibe! The ambiance was so nice, mellow and romantic. Our table was a little more lively than others, but not once was it an issue. Our waitress Kailyn was so accommodating and very sweet! The manager came to our table and was so nice and professional. He thanked us for visiting and made sure our dinner experience was good. The drinks were great!! We tried several drinks on the menu, including a bottle of Riesling. Also, someone sent our table a bottle of champagne, which was lovely. The food was yummy, especially the ribs! Overall great experience!! Thank you!!!

Every nice restaurant. Fairly new to downtown area. Parking garage next door, they validate the first two hours! Nice size outside seating with fire pits. We only ordered the pizza and calzone, it was delicious! Waitstaff and management team wonderful! Oddly enough I only have a single picture and it's of the delicious Cabernet the waiter recommended!
The food was so delicious and we loved Amarone wine. I encourage everyone to try Gnocchi Di Luigi for the table as an appetizer. The pizza taste is so authentic and it is cooked in 400 degree Celsius wooden oven. The pasta was also made with very fresh ingredients. I also want to specially thank our waiter. Georgie, if I spell it right, is the best! He is so welcoming and attentive, providing great suggestions and has a beautiful Italian accent.
My spouse and I have dined here before, and the food is truly authentic. The ambiance is spectacular, the wine list is extensive and tasteful and the cocktails are also great. But what truly sets this place apart is the customer service and the staff’s desire to give you a wonderful experience. We went this past Saturday and we were in a bit of a hurry and didn’t have time for a full dinner plate. The owner came by to check on us after noticing we were leaving after ordering the Prosciutto plate (btw, it’s amazing). He gave us a Margarita pizza on the house. We weren’t expecting anything of the sort, but this truly demonstrates his passion for their craft. The bartender also gave us complimentary drinks due to the fact we waited awhile for service. My husband and I were loyal customers prior to the hospitality, but we’ll be sure to bring more people here.
My second time at 400 Gradi and both experiences have been great. Here is my brunch steak and eggs, tastes great and it came with an amazing service!
