Easy to get. Accurate location on google map. Nice guys but some of those doesn’t have a manner. Some areas were uncleaned. The cost was 180THB
I went on a Sunday late afternoon. It was quite busy with nearly all Thai. There were maybe 2 or 3 other foreigners besides myself. My main complaint is how dark most of the hallways are. There is only one corridor and the bar area where you can even see someone’s face after sunset. Also the rooms and overall facility seemed quite dirty and smelly. But I still enjoyed my time and had some nice chats in the bar. 200 baht entry and normal priced beers.

Went on a Sunday around 5pm and this place was really busy. Almost all young Thai guys. No trouble finding fun as a 24yo white guy, but for sure some guys were not into foreigners. There were some fit guys but the majority were pretty average. The place is quite dark, and a quite a bit dirtier than R3 sauna. Condoms seem to be provided for free at the bar but you have to ask. Price was 180bt
