Dave and all the team at 37degees really know their stuff. If your a newbie like me or an experienced gym bunny there is something for everyone here. From classes, personal training as well as a fully stocked weight section. It really is an amazing space..... Dave is so dedicated to keeping the gym up to date with modern equipment. I'm always very impressed by the level of cleanliness. Five stars For 37degrees

Awesome gym, 2 floors of the very best machines and equipment.very accommodating and knowledgeable staff in an all round friendly atmosphere from staff and other members. Would definitely recommend to anybody who wishes to start there fitness journey or if your in the search for a new facility.
From the minute you walk in this gym Dave makes you feel welcome, and I don't mean the first time when you sign up and then that's it like most gyms, I mean every time! From top to bottom the gym is immaculate, it has the best equipment of any gym I've been to and caters for all types of users. The high performance area is a particular favourite of mine, and the fact that is is downstairs is an added bonus as I couldn't handle stairs after. The gym is always looking to help it's members with new equipment and the high performance area itself was actually added during lockdown, that in itself speaks volumes about the owners ambitions for the club and it's members. I would implore anyone who is looking for a gym in Galway to come here, you don't need to live in Loughrea to use it, I don't myself and I actually drive 25 minutes from Oranmore and pass several gyms just to get here. Get yourself down here guys and experience a proper gym.
An absolute gem of a gym!!!!...boasting two huge floors with every type of top class equipment to choose from catering for all your fitness goals no matter what your level or age!!...the most professional pleasant and helpful management and staff always willing to give help and advice...a fun and happy vibe from the minute you walk through the doors...maximum compliance with covid regulations is apparent in all areas...simply couldn't recommend this gym more... top class!!!.so lucky to have this standard of gym on our doorstep!!! 5 stars!!!
A very well equipped gym, catering for individuals and teams. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that create a welcoming environment for both young and old. Opening hours are very good, and they have great variety in fitness classes.
Top class gym. Recently renovated, 2 floors, improvements made to upstairs area, brand new equipment and a new high performance area. Great facilities for group/team training. Blessed to have the facilities close by. Be hard find one better anywhere in the country.

I’ve Been using 37 Degrees for years, great range of equipment, very knowledgable staff, opening hours are great for people who work or have children. Great to see the gym back open, all the new equipment and renovation work looks amazing, the gym is a real credit to Dave and the staff.
