They are the best! Keep saying that! My Colnago was there for break levers replacement! And .... eventually one of the guys who worked on it, took a measurement of it! And it came to one thing: drop down piece for rear derailleur is bent on 2 mm! This is why I shifting down it goes a bit sluggish! The point is: He discovers it! How he loves his job! to keep me happy. 35 for the new one! And my Colnago will be like just from the factory!!!

Uvis did a great job on my bike - went beyond the call of duty to sort and kept me up to date at all times . A perfectionist -wanted to sort the issue once and for all . Bike tested tonight in the worst of conditions -rain and muck and worked perfectly . Wasn’t that good new because of bad engineering. Well done lads good job again

I use 360 Cycles partly because it's reasonably near to where I live (3km), BUT the main reason is because of the service. I first went to 360 cycles because it was opened by Marius. I previously knew Marius from when he worked as an employee in another bike shop elsewhere in Dublin. He was the only person I liked at the previous bike shop, and the only one who actually listened to me when I had a question/problem. So when he set up his own shop I was happy to follow with my custom, and I've been going there ever since. I have a number of bikes and I use them all the time. They get a lot of wear-and-tear and need a lot of maintenance. Over the years I've been very happy with the customer care given by all the guys at 360 cycles and I would, and do, recommend it to anyone who asks. Just for further background info on me: I've lived and worked in many countries and I've always cycled wherever I've lived. I've raced, toured and commuted. Hence I've had to visit a lot of bike shops over the years in many countries and cities. Based on that decades of experience in many bike shops, 360 cycles is an excellent shop.
I’ve booked my bike for a service, and the whole process was well managed. After the inspection I was called to get heads up on what work was required, options available, expected costs and completion timelines. I’ve then received an email confirming the work was done, this was in line with what I was told at the beginning of the process. Bike was spotless and functioning perfectly. Excellent customer service
