Excellent. The food is always brilliant. The service is exemplary, and the atmosphere perfect. You'll struggle to find a better beef burger, even at places specialising in burgers! 279 is well worth a visit.

Really good food and great customer service. Prices are very reasonable too. We were too full to try their desserts but they look and sound amazing! Will be back!

Lovely little cafe, feels very cozy and somehow makes you feel like it has a lot of history. The food was excellent but as someone else mentioned the potions are a bit on the small side however I won’t take a star off as the overall experience and courtesy provided by the staff was fantastic. The waiter was a really nice guy, quite laid back and made good suggestions on the menu and even catered to my girlfriends picky appetite. We will be back here again! I also ordered a jug of water for the table and the way it was presented felt very premium, it came in a vase-like jug and the glasses were faded blue, which almost felt like it tasted better.
