Amazing burgers and really sweet employees!

I ordered off of deliveroo app, as I usually do. My food was cold. Fries were cold and wet. I ordered “bien cuit” which is well done but my burger was pink (which I hate). The cheese wasn’t even melted as it should be if placed on a hot burger. I am really upset. I am hungry but had to throw it all away. I have had this place before and they were good. But the last few times I’ve ordered have been poor. Food out for delivery and to-go needs to be treated with just as much respect as if I were ordering in store.
Nice place but terrible service. The guy at the cashier was rude and you could understand that he couldn’t care less when I placed the order. When I asked for extra well done burger and a non-carbonated orangeade, he seemed annoyed by my request. He also forgot the fries from my order and when I reminded him, he seemed annoyed again. Of course the fries we got were burned. Burger was tasty but for sure overpriced.
This is my most favourite burger place in Strasbourg! (There seems to be quite a few in the city now). They have ketchup in bottles on the table (seems rare in France!), the burgers were cooked to perfection and the fries were delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating. A great location! Just down the street from the cathedral.
Great burgers, id go as far as saying the best in Strasbourg. Each ingredient has been thought about, the beef itself is juicy and very tasty, salad is fresh and its enough without making you too full. The fries aren't bad either. Only downside was my experience with the service when I initially ordered, I explained to him (in French) that my French is poor and asked if he spoke any English - he sternly shook his head and continued in French with little help. He seemed a bit annoyed when there he asked things I didn't understand. Inside the cafe it was nice with an American theme. However I would come back.
Decent, simple burger. No frills but not gourmet.
