Employees and management are exceptional! Extremely attentive but not overbearing. Have been bike shopping and I appreciated the fact that they treated me with respect (I'm a woman). They also have a wonderful selection of clothing and accessories - best in the MD and PA area!. I will be doing all of my Harley-related shopping at this location from here on.

Never have I been in a dealership that was so attentive to their customers. Sales staff were very helpful with the purchase of the new to me trike I bought there. They go above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. The parts department was very helpful with getting everything I ordered. I will definitely go here again for parts, service and possibly another bike down the road.

Just to clarify, I did not buy anything when I visited. Just stopped in to look around. All of the employees were really friendly. Not too pushy in trying to get me to buy anything. The store is very well maintained. Lots of nice bikes. A really neat thing was the Harley museum they have in the back of the store. If I were local, this is the place I would buy my bikes from.
