A fantastic design and implementation team. I had a 3 bedroom property in chelsea that was dark, needed walls knocked out and needed fully redesigning. They created CGI walkthroughs first of the space which showed me exactly what I was going to get from the space. 6 months later, I have just moved in and it is the most stunning space ever. Thank you to the design and build team for all your hard work, i love it!.

I couldn't recommend this family business highly enough. The Christou's have transformed our newly acquired property from a run down wreck into a luxury London pad! Their flair for design, attention to detail and overall knowledge of building is excellent. They're also genuinely lovely people who keep their clients' needs at the top of their priority list. Would recommend Alex, Michael, Marina and the team at 1.61 London to anyone wanting their project managed seamlessly from first concept to completion.
