Although I give 3/5, my experience tonight wouldn't stop me from coming back and giving this place another go. The food overall was of a high quality, let down by some young, inexperienced waitering staff. It's early days though (it's only been open for six weeks), and I can imagine I'll have a completely different experience next time I visit (which I surely will, because of the great food). The food overall was very creative and full of flavour. Between me and my wife we got three \larger\ dishes and three \smaller\ dishes, alongside a desert each and a few of their cocktails. All for under 90, so it was also reasonably priced. I would recommend trying any of the larger dishes we tried (the Burrata, the steak and the chicken thighs). Each dish was full of flavour and perfect for sharing. The smaller dishes also tasted great (we got the croquettes, candied bacon and the bread with ox cheek jelly), but me and my wife both favoured the larger dishes. They had a varied cocktail menu and we both tried the Garden and Bath. We preferred the Garden overall, and looking around the tables of the other diners, it seems Garden was a popular choice. As for the service we received and our overall experience, it felt we were very rushed. We had been seated, ordered our food and had finished our meal all within 45 minutes. We then tried to take a break and enjoy our drinks before deciding on a desert (bear in mind table reservations are normally for only 90 minutes). It didn't seem waiting staff had clear tables or roles, as multiple people kept asking us the same questions. But I think over time they will find their feet. It was tough giving a score of 3/5 for this place, as it only really dropped stars on the experience we received on the night. And I also want this place to do well as you don't often see restaurants in Leicester taking risks like they have. Hopefully my next eventual visit will convince me to give a higher score!

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast. Food was delicious and well presented. The smoked caramel cheesecake is delicious and even the coffee tastes great!
If I could give 100&Six a Ten star I definitely would. Genuinely one of the best meals I've had. Menu isn't expansive, but in most cases forces you to be a bit adventurous and try something different, particularly with the cocktails. Everything we tried was really well balanced and beautifully presented - Fried Avocado was amazing, best croquettes I've had outside of spain, Burratta sounds simple but had delicious accompaniments and the Steak was on point (we went crazy and had it blue, but didn't regret it). To top it off on a busy Good Friday the service was really attentive and everything came out quick sharp. The staff are really friendly and Robin was brilliant at explaining the flavour combinations for our order and what they are trying to do as a bar/restaurant. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
Great find. Different food, good wine, the best coffee and very pleasant staff. Will definitely return.
