My wife took me here to look for some specialty Asian food items, and I was pleasantly surprised. This store is AWESOME! Not only do they have nearly everything you could ask for, the also have a little cafe selling delicious food and drinks. I'll definitely be going back to 1004 Gourmet.

Does this mean small spending customer are not welcome to shop at 1004 Mart? This is absurd! Today earlier on I bought a pack of meat and a jar of Bulgogi sauce. It cost more than 25dhs in total but I went back again to exchange my sauce due to wrong bottle I bought and on top of that I bought a pack of tafu. Due to the exchange and the tafu cost 8.40dhs. The cashier refuse to stamp the parking ticket. Does this means this mart no longer serving small spending customer? Perhaps they don’t mind losing genuine small spending customer. The location is already difficult for customer to do shopping compare to the old location in Al Barsha, with this is even more ridiculous. Solution is to change from 15mins to 25mins at least!
I made online order several times. It was okay till last time. I had to made call to delivery man several times. He replied he will call me back but never happen. There were promotions however I never got the promotion item and never got the explanation. I feel like there are no transparency on marketing, proper communication with customer.
I love this place. I am not Korean but I lived there for a year ten years ago. I am very thankful to have 1004. I used to go to the old location before it moved here. This location is so nice! The cafe is such a nice addition and I even picked up some K beauty in their skin care area. Try the bubble tea at the cafe! There is a local kimchi that they sell that I love. The selection of fresh, frozen and prepared food is worth the visit. The ramen isle will amaze you. I shop there about once a month to feed my cravings and my vegetarian lifestyle. They have a very convenient delivery service as well!
I got a free delivery from 1004 I didn’t order anything but they came and insisted I did and I even got some promotional skin care products enjoying my shin ramen and clay mask watching 비트! right now!
Excellent shop with a very good selection of Korean and Japanese grocery products. If you want to prepare any dish from Asian cuisine, most likely you will find the necessary ingredients.
“Worth it for the first time” My first time to visit this store. Enough parking space, totally not a crowded place, the prices are a little pricy, it does explains the authenticity of the products. If you are having a hard time recognizing or looking for a specific product, feel free to ask for assistance, staffs are kind and very much helpful, most specifically the guy whom I forgot to ask the name, he really knows where and how is it called in Korean and will even teach you how to use the product in the cooking process. Whenever the product is not available he would suggest an alternative. Overall, they almost have it all, totally recommended Korean store in Dubai. Cheers!
Great place for Asian products. Plus the small eatery serves very good food.
