Rude staff leaving five customers (including elderly woman) waiting outside in the snow, prioritising several other customers coming from inside (all key workers or just friends?), although we were previously told we would alternate one by one between inside and outside. Nice cafe but perhaps worth working on the staff.

Absolutely love this place! Life saver since the lockdown, come here for a takeaway coffee and the occasional bite to eat everyday... they've got it spot on and the venue is just what Leamington need. Well done guys great to see more spaces like this in leam :-)
Had a great takeaway coffee last time and took the dog in there with me to get it. Disappointed I couldn’t get a takeaway coffee this time because they don’t allow dogs. Which is it? Plenty of other great dog friendly coffee places in town so will be avoiding from now on
An amazing concept, fantastic facilities and a great bunch of people. 1 Mill Street has brought the best of London's collaborative communities to Leamington Spa and boy have they pulled it off. Delicious coffee at The Muse Coffee Shop, Hot Desks, Podcast Studio, Meeting Rooms and a diverse range of places to read, work or chat. 10 Stars
Fantastic facilities at 1 Mill Street, I've been a member since it opened and enjoyed every minute . The building is really nicely fitted and they have created working environments that can be sociable, but also private if needs be. Staff are fantastic, coffee shop is great to have on site and there's a really nice feeling about the place.
