I had a very poor customer experience in this shop - I bought a product which was with the worst quality and when I asked for a reimbursement I was asked to send an email to the manager of the store. The manager has never replied. I went a second time to the shop - the same situation. Don't buy anything there

I was working there for some month and happy that I won't be anymore. As you can see, the only comment with 5 stars it's from the shop manager, it's not a seller ! he's a good lyer ! Don't buy anything in this shop, it couldn't be a new products..

WORST SHOP EVER!!! They sold me a NOT WORKING phone and NOW NOT RESPONDING to replace it! CONTACTING customer rights agency in Belgium! It might be OLD, refurbished products!!!! Do not fall under this this trick and you will have so much pain trying to chase the managers and they will be not responding in a timely manner, trust me!
Rip off. I paid 49 euro for standard Apple Earpods. Everywhere else outside 29 euro or so, which is already too much.

Je n’avais pas comparé les prix avant.. À éviter absolument..Ils te font payer beaucoup plus cher que dans un magasin officiel. Alors que sur le ticket c’est marqué « tax exempt » satané escroc. Et le vendeur n’en parlons pas..complètement perché, ne connait même pas ce qu’il a dans son magasin. Nul nul nul
