Went in just after they opened at 9am - picked up my groceries & other essentials & went through the check-out immediately with no queues. Staff member on the till was very friendly and was nice to have a casual conversation given the current circumstances. I think now it's very important for businesses to provide great customer service - not just to encourage repeat sales, but to look after their customers

Been visiting this store for a number of years, usually has a good variety of items, the new Iceland area is a nice addition, the Christmas area is good, though slightly bizarre with pedestal fans everywhere blowing in the faces of customers. The car park is very large with a good amount of spaces. Exiting the store could be a bit better as it would be difficult for disabled people to navigate.
The range offers many fantastic products and it's really improving its pet section. The addition of Iceland inside is a big help too. Michael who works there is a superstar and goes out of his way to make sure customers are helped.
