A very small shop. They try to cram in alot of stationery under one roof which is overly priced. They need to compare their prices with other retail stores and try and retain customers loyalty. Staff also not so helpful/friendly maybe if they engaged with customers they may get a few more sales.

given up on useing this shop for my lottery tickets. went in this week to find no one on the till. 2 other people said they been waiting 5 minutes not a sign of staff just the sound of voices right down the end of the shop. started to use waitrose now not standing around like a mug!
Good for books and magazines. Staff are very pleasant.
Inefficient when ordering stuff online to collect in store. 4 trips to the shop & I still don't have the order &they won't give me Head offices number.
No the biggest branch in the world, they don't have a huge selection of books but all the magazines etc should be present. The staff however are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful. They always take a moment to make sure you feel looked after. A lot of retail could take a lesson from this branch!!
