Hands down the best auto shop! Reliable and trustworthy! Tommy is the man. Fixed up my second hand Mazda and boy does it feel better than what I came in with. I suggest everyone come here whether you are maintaining your car or bought a used car like me, I was rest assured with their service and my experience! Price is reasonable and fair! My new auto place home and not going anywhere else!!!!!!

I came here last week for a problem with my tire. I though it was a nail the reason for the loss of air but they told me that my rim was leaking for the chrome (Chrysler bad design). I didn't expect to be solved because after a couple years of problems with that and 3 different shops that tried to fix it I was thinking to live with that but thank God I came here!! They are very honest and explained to me that the problem is the rim and there is no warranty that the problem will be solved. That said, they proceed to apply something to it and after a week I haven't been on the gas station to add air other than gasoline . Very happy with the results. A

Lot's to say, but I'll stick to the objective facts. I came in and said that the AC on my car was not working properly. I paid them 2,000. The AC on my car still did not work properly. Tommy claimed that a different part of the AC coincidentally broke the exact same day that he returned the car to me. He said it would be an additional 250 to fix the AC. I took the car to a different mechanic. He fixed it for 90. He told me that most likely, the work Great Bear did on my car was not necessary. Also told me that even if it was necessary, it should have cost under 1,000. It's hard to know if they're crooks or bad mechanics, but from a customer's perspective, the outcome is the same.
