Came over here a couple times and checked out the chair options. We had heard about Dinec through a local store in Michigan called Scott Shuptrine. Scott Shruptrine pricing was outrageous for chair options for this company. We have purchased stuff from Coulters and did not like their dining room options. Decided to check out Bertoni. We found a chair we absolutely loved and ordered them through Linda. Linda was able to work with me through email and on the phone. She offered a good price and with the USD/CAD exchange, this became a no brainer! We actually got the chairs a month earlier than expected. I highly recommend ordering chairs through them. Easy process from beginning to end. Packaged them nicely for me to drive them over the border!

Looking for dining room chairs. Salesperson, who was surprisingly a relative of the owner was snobby and pushy. Was informed that I would never find wood and fabric chairs in my price range. I was especially surprised by that since I had just come from another furniture store and had found wood and fabric chairs that were in my price range. I had only stopped at Bertoni since I had bought stools from there years prior and thought I would support the small businessman. Obviously they didn't need my business as they offered me no options and wouldn't offer to work with me on my needs. I will never return and would not offer any referrals.
