Came in to use the post office before work, great service with good opening hours. One lady serving the shop customers, post office and checking there were only 3 customers in but doing so with a smile and having a laugh with the customers. Lots of offers to be had in store too.

With lockdown i was unable to go shopping. The staff in this store were magnificent, I would ring and ask them if they had certain items and then they would bring them out to me whilst I was in the car. I cannot thank this team enough, when this is over I will be using this shop more often simply for the staff being so helpful.

Staff are often miserable, especially if you wish to use the post office facilities. You are made to feel like they’re doing you a favour so I usually avoid it if it all possible which is a shame really because obviously while using the post office you generally pick up a few items from the shop.

Brilliant little shop. Only went in for cigs came out with a few bargains. Was a tourist if back in town will defiantly swing past. Brilliant team.

Staff fantastic, my son and his friend were drunk and stranded in whitby on Friday 29th March 2019, 9pm ( we live in Middlesbrough) they took the time to call me and remained at the premises looking after them until we picked them up well after 10 PM. They went above and beyond to help strangers. They deserve a pay rise !!! Xx
