My take in Nurse was the coolest most down to earth person I've met in years, I could've talked to her forever she made my visit easy. Also the doctor that examined me was very understanding and informative in her nature, my exam went good because of them. The entire staff had smiles and good energy I love it here and would come back

One year ago, I sought help from this practice during the early stages of my second pregnancy during a trip. The entire experience from the moment I entered the door to the last phone call was nothing short of unsettling, cold, and completely contradictory to quality patient care. Upon seeking an ultrasound to confirm all was well with our early stage pregnancy, I was met with resistance from the office and medical staff. The office staff refused to bill my insurance, which months later was confirmed to be a breach of contract. The medical staff conducted an exterior ultrasound only to check on the status. They then used this ultrasound to diagnose my pregnancy as a “fetal demise.” I requested an internal ultrasound to confirm this diagnosis, to which my request was denied and thought to be unfounded as “there was no heartbeat.” The doctors were not prepared to diagnose, deliver or empathize with a patient after such news. In fact, these doctors wanted to conduct a DNC on the spot. Upon returning home, it was to everyone’s shock that my regular OB did, in fact, find a heartbeat, it was STRONG! This practice, medical staff and office personnel created an unfathomable havoc for my family and I. Their miscare and arrogance tainted and forever changed the course of my pregnancy, creating doubt at every turn. I would never wish this experience of loss, sorrow, confusion, and despair on my worst enemy. This gross negligence of care nearly cost the life of our second child who safely and healthily entered this world on October 18, 2020. Beyond this horrific medics experience, it took more than 6 months to resolve the insurance issues related to this visit, as the office staff miscoded and violated insurance policies. May this feedback help warn others from seeking care from this clinic. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend you do NOT!

I was fortunate to get a next day appointment for my annual exam at the West LA clinic and from the call to book an appointment to after my consultation, I have no words to say how well I was treated by every single person at the clinic. Norma was the sweetest person, gave me all the information I needed on the phone, explained how the process would be, that if I didn't qualify for financial assistance they would explain the options I had. When I got there, she helped me with the paperwork and Candice was very welcoming on the screening process and telling me all the steps I would have to do and everything about my annual exam. Nurse Ivana was a pro at drawing my blood, making some jokes about my veins and how nurses would love me for making their jobs so easy! :D PA Jessica was amazing! Made me feel super comfortable while I told her my concerns, during my exam, my Pap smear was the smoothest and she explained everything I needed to know and what should I do and that I should contact her if I had any questions or issues. I felt cared by all of them at the clinic and Candice made a follow up with me on the same day, making sure I was satisfied, had no questions unresolved and already booked my virtual appointment to talk about my exam results and my questions. I definitely recommend this clinic for anyone!

very satisfied the only thing is I wish I didnt have to wait so long for the virtual dr visit to get my prescription. Would like to come in if possible tomorrow (tuesday) to make it go faster.
