Great place to learn to swin

Not happy with this place at all. The girl at the front desk told us we could make up a class, come to find out we can’t. Then we have two classes left but they call and say we have completed them and asked if we wanted to pay for more. What?!! You have to pay 8 for a swim cap that they don’t even make you wear, and when they are closed for a holiday that you were scheduled for, you can’t make that class up either. The communication and ethics here are terrible. My son went to big fish little fish, and they were wonderful. Don’t spend your money here.

Be careful with this place. They will take money out of you for nothing if they have your credit card information and say it was a mistake. Also, they don’t like it if you have to reschedule for a makeup lessons, it has to be done via email not phone and Howard (the person in charge for rescheduling) doesn’t check emails often. It took 3 days for him to respond and I told him my son had surgery and couldn’t get into water for the next 2 weeks I haven’t got any response from him and it’s been more than 2 weeks!!

My daughter Sydney loves it and begs to go daily, I will be signing her up 2 times a week after my groupon ends.I am very pleased after two lessons she is floating her teacher is patient and caring too the kids.
