One of the most charming places in the Hague, they suffer from a noticeable lack of proper tea, despite their misleading name, as all the proposed teas are commercial tea bags. The sweets follow suit as they are both relatively expensive and average in taste. It's all about the looks and it's a pity as tbis place should honour its name with inspired food and drink.

Beautifully located and maintained tea room in the middle of De Horsten royal estates. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Can be a bit busy during the weekends when the weather is nice.

Great for a cup of coffee or tea with some homemade desserts or soup in a quiet and beautiful location. And staffs attention to pandemic rules were amazing, I felt like in another country where people pay attention. If everyone in Netherlands show this kind of attention there would be 0 cases in a few weeks. That made us feel extra comfortable and happy to be there.

Apart from being a great place with delicious lunch and cakes(also very nice staff), I really want to thank them for caring this much about Covid-19. It's the first time I really felt safe while enjoying the food and the nature while there were other people around. I would be happier if they had more vegetarian choices for the lunch, though.

They can easily earn an award for the catering establishment that is taking the corona measures most seriously. Well done!
