Horrible customer service by Tanya in the CS desk and then by a manager by the name of Jorge ( George) they both refused to give me names and they both refused to give me the GM name... which by the way I got in a McAllen store so if you look at this Ms. Lupita Guerra i hope you teach them better manners

Never fully stocked. I always have to end up going to the one on Sam Houston. The lines are always long too, not a lot of registers open. The employees there are rude and give you attitude. I heard there is a lady manager there has like 3 years there. Since she started, this Walmart has gone downhill. Also fix y’all shipping label machine. Since one year ago I’ve been going to return items they always tell me it is not working. Wth!!
