Limes International was by far the least professional agencies I have ever worked with. First was the tax return process, it took them months to respond when I wrote an email asking whether the tax return was filed. After they claimed that they have filed the tax return for me for 2018, I still received an mail from the Dutch tax authority asking for the documents for tax return. Second experience was that I had them helping me with applying for a specific application that themselves imposed a deadline for, after a few emails back and forth, they stopped responding to my email and also no call backs after I attempted to reach the person in charge via phone. The person who was handling he application went on holiday, in the middle of an application process without handing over to another colleague. Only after 6 months, they replied when I raised the question about the invoice that was sent out by the finance department for the hours spent on the application that they never completed. Until today I have not received an explanation nor apology.

The guys, and girls for that matter, of Limes know what they are talking about insofar as it concerns cross border taxation and social security. Excellent information by phone and a thorough follow up during the meeting at their office (a gem!). In-depth knowledge on EU law is available tool. Their hourly rate is a bit lower than the Big4 competition, but you sure get a bit more value for your buck.

The bill came in at 2x what was quoted. There was no communication that they had exceeded their initial quote while providing a service. Unresponsive in many circumstances, the communication is poor and required my prompting.
