Last night we were seated and forgotten about. They took forever to take our order and forever to bring our food. My potato was cold, the biscuits were under cooked and my sister drink had something black floating in it

For sea food this place is awesome.. Waiter Nadia was nice and on point with the menu and service. The environment of the place was cozy and relaxing. The only 1 things I had a problem with was It was cold at the table I was sitting in. Overall it was pleasant.
Your expected red lobster that has great food and service. It’s on the route so it’s very easy to see from normal traffic. Never any wait and the biscuits are always fantastic.
I will let you know that we were today and Red Lobster and everything was good except for the lobster it was over it done and some of the shrimp but the service was great management was great I just think that the cook should be better and what they do in our waiter she was great she was very fantastic thumbs up for the waiters she deserve that 50 tip
I came home from placing a huge drive through order to see that I’m missing sides. I called and got no answer. Service needs to be improved and so does customer service. If I’m going to place a huge order, I expect it to be right. Otherwise, the food is delicious
