I love the amenities here at Milano. The staff does a great job ensuring that any maintenance needs are addressed promptly. With Milano being 5 minutes from work and close to the beach, it’s simply a great place to live.

Roach Infestation, please be aware of that. I am not the first person to review on this I am a current tenant of the Milano Apartment. A few weeks ago I noticed a couple of cockroaches around the kitchen. I killed them and didn't pay much attention. I notified management and they said they were gonna treat the place and they were gonna send me forms. They never did. Since I was traveling for work I wasn't there much but I started noticing a bad smell in the apartment to the point that sometimes was hard to breathe. One night I woke up to go to the bathroom and .... surprise dozens of roaches all over the kitchen the carpet everywhere. I notified management they said they were gonna do something about it. Days passed (which made the infestation even worse). I went back to management and the guy told me that their manager and their assistant manager were out, and that they submitted the issue. Well now there is a full blown infestation of roaches and multiplying exponentially by the second as we speak and sill haven't heard back from them. Problem is that I am moving out and I had to throw away my mattress. I might have to throw away a couch I bought six months ago, and my musical instruments might be compromised. I was a great tenant always paid on time, never gave any problems. And their unresponsiveness to resolve the problem made me more frustrated than the problem itself. I will submit a complaint demanding reimbursement for damages to my belongings and will report back on this resolution.
I’ve been a resident for almost a year now and have had an amazing experience, Glenn in the front office is extremely helpful and attentive to my questions. Also really impressed with how fast they were able to support when I needed a maintenance request and the technician was really polite. Definitely the right move
