My experience at this clinic was the best I have had in years. I normally hesitate to go to the clinic because of the frustrations I have once I finally leave. That was NOT the case at the FPA Clinic in Torrance! Upon my arrival the clinic was practically empty. I got signed in and seen within the next TEN MINUTES !! The best part about my visit was the courteous staff! The doctor that examined me was very kind, concerned, and truly helpful. She sat with me talked with me and made me feel so much better that I am looking forward to returning to the clinic now. Thank You FPA Torrance Staff!

The In-Famous El Guapo

Not sure if this place just pulled a bait and switch on us or they just have very incompetent receptionist. My gf needed a small procedure done so she called a few places to get quotes. The receptionist at FPA woman's health in Torrance gave her a quote of 105. My gf was very specific with what she needed, she asked the receptionist again if it was 105 just to double-check and the receptionist reaffirmed that it would cost 105 for that procedure. We live about 35 miles from Torrance but the price they gave us was about 100 cheaper than the other places we called so decided to go a bit further to save some money. When we get there they tell her the procedure is going to be 180, we told them they had quoted us 105. They pretty much told us whomever gave us that quote was wrong and it was going to be 180 take it or leave it. I feel they could of worked with us a bit more than they did. It's fine if a mistake was made but it wasn't made by us. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.
