The way these people talk over the phone as well as In person is very disrespectful nasty rude etc... they need to hire more respectful ADULTS not toddlers that’s gonna catch temper tantrum for every little question that’s being asked that’s their jobs to assist us with the information that we need if you don’t like your job then get a new I don’t understand how the managers or the boss isn’t seeing or following up with people complaints nor taking them seriously on top of that we are pregnant women wanting to be seen y’all need to have some dam respect !!!! Or work else where

I came here to give birth to my daughter 3 years ago. Worst experience in my life ! The doctors and nurses were rude. The doctor who put in my epidural yelled at me to stay still while I had a contraction. The nurses after my delivery were never around. And they were SOOOO RUDE. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. If you can, go elsewhere .

They don't care about their patients they are not on top of any important call backs so if your waiting on a call dont bother always call yourself. And they treat everything as if you should know everything to do your self. In desperate need of better customer service!

Went for my 28 week sonogram and the lady that did the sonogram was so cold and rude. Every time I go I get someone new (I understand with the pandemic and all) and when I need to reschedule I get the run around and sometimes I don't even get to speak with anyone over the phone. Very unpleasant experience.

I had a video appointment with the rudest doctor I have ever encountered on 11/2. She told me she was going to reach out to the secretary to schedule me an in person visit. Two-three weeks past and no appointment. I decided to request one in mychart. From there I was scheduled for an appointment in Scarsdale, NY. Now I live in the Bronx, when I had spoke to the doctor I gave her the location of the GYN I would like to go to. The receptionist for the Scarsdale location said the message I sent went to her location. From there I called the Bronx Blvd. location and I got no answer. I left a message and no one called back. I sent a message to my PCP office asking for help, and they said I have to reach out to the GYN myself. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any health facility. I called Lenox Hill GYN two days ago was able to speak to someone and get an appointment.
