Loved this place. Stopped for a quick bite to eat with my family whilst in St Ives. We had the tacos and they were tasty. Kids portions were a good size too. Service was good and staff were very friendly. Great views of the harbour and main road along the front of St. Ives. Would recommend.

Lovely spot with amazing views. Kids had pancakes and breakfast wrap, I had eggs benedict and my wife the Gluten Free Eggs and Bacon bap. Fast, delicious food. Excellent service with amazing views of the harbour.
When we arrived we were sat at a table that had not yet been cleaned, the intention to clean it was there however it took so long we ended up doing it ourselves. Hand sanitizer was dotted around which was good however there seemed to be no other precautions taken for covid. The staff seemed disinterested, some on their phones, some eating in front of customers, touching personal items and then handling our plates and drinks which didn't make us feel particularly safe given the times we are in at the moment. The food on the other hand was lovely.
Balcony has handled the current pandemic brilliantly. You can order and pay online via the website that works well but make sure you have good 4G coverage. Social Distancing was adhered to and made us feel comfortable. The balcony breakfast was described by my father as one of the best breakfasts he's ever had. The Mexican tacos are messy but the runny yolk, creamy Avocado and tangy pickled onions work so well together. A real treat maybe needed a little spice as totally mild. The salmon and Avocado stack was full of flavour, every mouthful, described by my partner, as delicious, there was so much Topping you could argue it needed another slice of toast! The milkshake is a desired treat and the perfectly sized iced coffees put Starbucks to shame. The flat white was the first since lockdown that my father had, he was very happy with one of the best flat Whites he has had.
