As far as I know, there is no place that is tightly maintained that it will be comfortable staying. Full of rules. And we know, the rich people did not get to know their neighbors well. They may be good people, but the world they don't allow to escape from taking care of property and others. Comfort is for themselves, individual, anti-social. but for friends and friends who come, they are watched. The coolest housing but I'm not interested in buying it.
