Lives up to every BPI branches there is- slow and no consideration to the piling up of the queues. Waited for half an hour when my number was N190 and I started waiting from N175. Unbelievable. Deposit machines always under maintenance as well. If you can, avoid banking with BPI. They suck for years.

The bank is way too crowded every morning with tellers being few. They must do something about this. The bank badly needs renovation! Compared to BDO just a few steps away from them, they already lost the game. Been banking with these banks for a few years now and I must say this branch is far behind the near banks.
