Mc Cafe 3rd Floor experience should have been great if the open area terrace is open for public. Should be open to effectively control covid spread and for customers' enjoyment.

I really want to commend how the interior and exterior design of this McDonald's Next Generation fitted the location of Tagaytay's majestic and breathtaking sceneries of nearby Taal lake, the cafe upstairs has allmost outdoor tables for those customers who want fresh air, couch and sofa. Will definitely recommend this to visit for everyone who will go to Tagaytay!

You can order using touch screen. How cool is that? Not to mention, the view overlooking Taal Lake is breathtaking!
When you have 2 stores in one place, things don't always pan out, especially if you do not know what you wanna do with them. Mixing the regular McDo crowd with your McCafe habitues does not really, errr, mix well. The space for McCafe clients is too small, especially since they hang around for a good 45 or so minutes. This situation is made worse when the regular McDo clients spill over into that already limited space. Still worst is when the McCafe clients are left with no choice but to look for seats among the regular McDo space. THEY. SIMPLY. DON'T. MIX.
