Absolutely first class service. Would not go anywhere else. Having read reviews I was a bit dubious about using them but I was not disappointed. The girls in the office are uplifting and so helpful and the installation team second to none. Back story.....my oven was not working so they replaced the heat element. Took about 40 mins. That didn't work and no charge to me! So they arranged to take it to their workshop to diagnose the fault. They ascertained the select switch had gone and replaced it. However they could not get the digital timer to go to manual as it had given up the ghost! They must of spent at least 8 hours of manpower and paying for parts that was to no avail and bought the hindrance back to me.... but they didn't charge me a penny! The service is impeccable and the team Ieuan and Pip were amazing and respected my home. If you want top class this is where you need to go for service. Outstanding. I wont go anywhere else

Very helpful and friendly service. An engineer called to repair my oven on the morning of my call. He didn't have the correct parts on the van and took my oven to their workshop for tests and a quicker repair. It was returned in working order later in the afternoon. I was very pleased with the service I received and will use the company again.
