Nice, friendly drivers but absolutely terrible time keeping. Stood at the bus stop now, coming up to 30 minutes late and it's not the first time. Absolutely terrible bus company, but nice drivers. Looks like I'm missing the train I gotta catch
This is a five star rating, because of the superb service they provide. When a bus breaks down, and that is very rarely, a replacement bus is sent out almost immediately, once the driver has informed the company what has happened. This will be within 5 to 10 minutes. Fast and friendly service throughout. Not forgetting the drivers and the owner. That's why its five star. Its Excellent!!!
I caught a coniston bus to Worcester from astley cross, it was very convenient,saved me going all way to Kidderminster to get the diamond bus, it was on time , as can't get a diamond bus from Areley Kings ,driver very friendly .
