After a few months bringing my car in and out. David and Erik from service have gotten things right and my car is working as it should. They were always friendly with me and gave me great customer service. This is my second car purchased from Lindsay and my faith is restored in this dealership will soon be looking to add an SUV.

I still love my Volkswagen. Although I feel it's old now, she's lived a great life. Thanks to Alfonso I replaced that Beetle last year and I love my new Jetta. It took a very long time... but Alfonso and the entire team were all so kind. Even when Alfonso answers the phone in the middle of a conversation, he somehow manages to me feel valued. Thanks to everyone and a special kudos to Alfonso and his amazing work ethic.

We had some issues with the first car we were trying to purchase that led to a disappointing experience at first, however the team at Lindsay was able to turn our disappointment around 180 degrees. Mark, the sales manager provided an excellent customer service and was able to make us forget about the issues we had with the first car. He went above and beyond to show that he truly cared about my family’s buying experience! I’ve bought several new cars from different brands and dealerships and I have to say not one of those other dealerships comes close to the way the team at Lindsay VW handled our purchase. Our sales man, Jose, and our finance person, Sean, were also extremely accommodating and provided us with great customer service. We definitely left happy and will be recommending Lindsay to anyone looking to buy a new car.

We had a wonderful experience with Crystal at Lindsay Volkswagen. I initially contacted her via the internet, and she provided me up-front pricing, which I really appreciated. She answered all my questions, helped me find a vehicle that met my specifications, and invited us to visit the dealership when we wanted to. While there, she was friendly, professional, and helpful. She answered all our questions, knew everything there was to know about the car we wanted (we ask a lot of questions), and made our experience great. I'd definitely return to this dealer, and would gladly work with Crystal again.

Juan Torres was wonderful to work with !!! He went over every feature inside the car with us and went above and beyond to explain things to us. I was still driving a 2004 Jeep Liberty that I’ve had for 16 years, so needless to say, I needed the features of the 2021 Atlas explained to me ! Juan did an excellent job ! Teemour in the finance department was also wonderful. Both easy going guys who really care ! Great experience and I love my new car !!!!
