Very friendly and helpful driver (Ian) I'd had a really bad day that ended with my motorbike breaking down on a random street on the edge of town. I was in a rush to get to an appointment so left it there. When I finished and ordered a taxi, Ian took the time to help figure out where exactly I left the bike (since I don't know the town at all!) and took me the scenic route to show me the nearest bike mechanic and how to get there. When I got into the taxi I was fuming, but by the time we arrived at my destination Ian had managed to put a smile on my face and restore some faith in humanity. Thanks again dude! Wish I had left a tip but money be very tight right now (part of the reason I was fuming in the first place lol)

Hello, my girlfriend simply rang up asking prices of taxis, the lady was being abrupt throughout the call, I spoke next to the phone to ask about the price and she ended the phone call. We proceeded to callback to book as this is our usual taxi service, she then said she would not serve us and i apparently shouted and was being rude down the phone. I am appalled by this behaviour for such a high taxi rank. We asked her to get in in touch with Her boss as she claimed to be the manager. Many thanks, Ben Charles.

For today's journey they told me they could have a driver en-route within 10 minutes. It actually took 4. Just another example of their stellar service. I swear by them.

Lady was extremely rude even thought she claimed to be the manager, disappointed to hear this behaviour in these tough times. Staff need a lesson in manors.
