They're fine once they actually get you in. I've been going here 5 years and have never been seen at my appointment time, its always at least 30 minutes late. For today's visit I was told I'd be in the office about an hour, I didn't get called back until an hour after my scheduled appointment. PP is great, but if you have anything else planned that day, pick a different location.

The provider MARCY THOMAS is unprofessional and uneducated. SHE PRESCRIBED ME MEDICINE I’M ALLERGIC TO! Despite me disclosing this information and it’s in my chart. I was rushed to the hospital because HER MISTAKE COULD’VE KILLED ME! If you have an appointment with her, please cancel. There is no excuse to put your patient in danger of losing their life due to her carelessness. Beware she works at more than one location.
