I have been with Springbot for almost a year and would highly recommend the platform and service. Since I switched from Mailchimp, my email list has doubled, my open rates have improved and monthly sales have steadily increased. Out of the gate, there is absolutely work to do to get things set up and they don't sugar coat that. While much of the onboarding was smooth - we had a few obstacles to work through, and I'm thankful my Success Manager kept me up to date as we resolved anything that came up, and was proactive with her outreach and recommendations to get the most out of the platform.

Springbot is a lot more valuable than I let it be - sometimes, I think I am too busy to create a campaign but when I do, it pays off. And the technical support for me has always been pleasant and VERY helpful! Here is a screenshot of the one Olivia just helped me complete with a Google survey. (I could not get it to look right and she walked me through to completion)

This company spams me relentlessly by scripted phone calls and emails. This is a company selling a digital product. This is not a professional marketing company, which is made obvious by how they market themselves on Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.
