Dont even deserve one star. They allow bullying to go on on a daily basis. They allow their tenants to physically attack children and they do t accept responsibility. When you try to speak to them they put phone down on you!!! Would never recommend any person to have to go tbrough that yreatment

I live on the same road as the hostel. I’ve been threatened by kids hanging out outside the gates, there is constantly shouting and swearing at all hours of the day and night, doesn’t seem like anyone is running the place or keeping behaviour in order at all. Families and children live on this road and are regularly subjected to teens screaming and swearing at each other both in the hostel and out in the street. Would not recommend anyone stay there or intend to live nearby.
It's a good place with a good purpose. Shame most of the people don't value that. And safety is something that can be worked on which it is at the moment.
Not a fair system, they do not accept that people living there want to be independent and they are very controlling. They mess up the books for allowing people to stay, was turned away at 1.30 am and wouldn’t let me stay with my boyfriend. This place is a joke and wouldn’t advice for any young people to live there
