Stanley Pest Control of El Monte has been great! In particular, we’ve mostly worked with service specialist, Andrew, from the El Monte branch, who is doing an outstanding job! He is always very helpful. He is very thorough and informative answering questions we have about pest control and things we can do preventatively around our house and property. He explains options clearly and always provides useful pros and cons of different options. He is also cost-conscious and trustworthy for trying to find an appropriate solution without causing excessive expense. He goes out of his way and is very friendly to us as his customers. And he is a good communicator. Thanks for the excellent service!

I am actually giving zero stars. I dislike giving bad reviews but.... I called Stanley for rodents at a rental house. Oscar the pest control man was supposed to call me before he got there. I told him several times I wanted to be notified a few minutes before he arrived. I happened to pass by and saw his truck. He told me the TENANT told him NOT to call me. I am the owner and pay the bills. I will never use Stanley again. I am very angry! Reply to reply He did not forget I spoke with him the same day and the day before and the day before telling him to call. I needed to get in the yard and see damage. This is an undesirable tenant and he listened to her. I had to raise the rent and she screamed at me and yelled at my back as I walked away. She has dog poop all over the yard and that is what attracted the mice. She has a pit bull and I cannot get in the yard. She also had Oscar put something on holes in the garage and it looks terrible. I had told Oscar I would take care of it after she moved. But she is still there.

Had Stanley Pest Control since 2016. Last month I was assigned a new service technician, and now all of a sudden I'm told that \Management\ wants to start charging additional fees for the same services they have been providing for over the past year. They say that re-filling the rodent station I bought from them is not part of my service, however the previous technicians refilled it during their monthly service for the past year without any issues with the fees or telling me that it wasn't part of my service. I think that \Management\ just wants to squeeze every little cent out of the customer at any cost...but now I'm a previous customer, just cancelled my service!
