Nathan is always very professional - he calls 20-30 minutes prior to arrival, always asks me if I've had any problems or issues since his last visit, explains to me exactly what he's going to do, etc. etc. etc. Shortly after I bought my townhouse, I had a really bad ant problem in my kitchen so I called Northwest Exterminating to start a regular pest control service but explained I needed someone out ASAP in order to take care of the ants. Initially there weren't any appointments available for almost a week but then the gentleman with whom I was speaking (I believe his name was Eric) was able to find an open slot the following day after I reiterated the severity of the problem. After scheduling the appointment, he went over payment details and immediately sent me a copy of my contract. It was great customer service! After that initial appointment, I had to reach out ot Nathan a month or so later to see when he was available because the ants decided to make a new home in my master bathroom. He was back at my house within 24 hours to lay the bait traps and spray again. I haven't had an ant problem since. Again, exceptional customer service! I would absolutely recommend Northwest Exterminating to anyone in need of pest control services!
