We purchased the cheque printing software from this company and they promised to provide a support for 1 year with full cheques templates updates but we did not get any single email from them for more than 1 year and after the support finished they want us to renew it. We are updating the cheques templates manually since we purchased this software because the installed cheques templates were not 100% correct and also because of this lake of support. Also we have purchased all the required hardware from them which they recommend like the printer but still not all cheques templates were correct.
