Well - I called the dealer earlier this year and asked for a particular used part for my 20yr old A190 - an O/S rear door catch - who better to ask ? The person I spoke to said he thought that he could help me out - but - he needed a bit more information and suggested I call in - well along came the Covid19 - I have been unable to call in ! - on approaching the yard today I noticed a lot more activity- approached the gates sounded my horn and a member of staff came to the gate - I explained to him the part I needed- he felt sure he would be able to help - he was back in no time at all and BINGO - I got what I needed- I have used Langfords for the past 4yrs and very pleased with the service and help and very good quality second hand spares and without a doubt will use again :)
As a lorry driver I dont get down in that area very often and as I work nights it's usually closed but I actually managed to call in during opening hours the staff couldnt have been more helpful took all the parts off for me and the parts were very reasonable priced given the chance I'll be calling in again
I cannot praise this place highly enough, I phoned one day to enquire about parts and the part was removed and posted on the same day. I received it the following day. Also visited the site and they could not have been more helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts at a very reasonable price.
