Gil and his team are THE BEST at what they do. They are so professional we really could not have asked for better. Our blackout blinds and plantation shutters are stunning. I would recommend Shades by Design to anyone seeking quality products and the sales rep. Gil was very helpful throughout our entire process. We shipped roller shades to our remote location in Panama and they were able to connect us with their bilingual installer to help our local electrician here. It was ‘above and beyond’ level of service that ensured our install went smoothly. Very thankful and the end users are very pleased.

This is a very poorly-run company. They installed expensive blackout shades for us in 2018. The shades have never worked properly. Trying to schedule any kind of maintenance or service requires multiple phone calls. Then they make appointments and don't show up. Stay far away.

It was an amazing experience as Gil was very helpful in explaining how to create the vision I had of what I wanted for my french door opening. From start to finish the team was very professional and responsive. Both my moms room and mine turned out perfectly just the way we discussed it to be. Also appreciate the tips he gave me for the rest of my room and house modeling.
