Very affordable, amazing amenities, great service for an apartment building. I've lived in apartments since I was 17, and this is the only place I feel like the management actually cares about what you do and how you're getting along. Really great place to live.

For the prices these parents & students are paying, they should expect better property quality & management over their kids.

Awesome amenities and really kind building staff! When I had to leave before my lease ended they helped me a lot in finding someone to take my place and with practically anything else! I loved living here

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The facilities are fine the price is all fine the living space is fine, its the management that is truly horrible. I had stuff stolen either by roommates or the cleaning staff and the HUB did absolutely nothing. When I tried to complain I was yelled at by the lobby staff and told to give up and get over it. One of my roommates was using my room without my consent while I was still paying rent when I was on vacation and again the HUB did nothing to take care of it when I complained. I tried to bring my service dog to my apartment. Apartment places cannot legally turn down a service dog but because 1 roommate said she didn't like it I was told if I brought in my service dog I would have to pay lease violation fees, again which is illegal. I ended up moving out and having to pay rent there for months until they found someone to sublet because they wouldn't let me get out of my lease for denying me my legally authorized service dog. They don't care about the members who live there they just care that they get your money. They can't say they wished there was something to do to help because I tried several times to reason and just talk to them. Please take your money somewhere that deserves it.

Prices are good, but amenities could stand to be better. I'm not sure if prices are worth the hassle. I have had some trouble with pest control and management. Took almost a week to get my leaky faucet in my kitchen fixed, which caused damage to my floor. I was told that it that it may affect the security deposit, which is annoying because I put in a work order immediately. I have had several problems with my roommates, and I have had a few things from my room stolen. At first was drawn to this place via instagram, but then after having followed, unfollowed because the stories and pictures barely seemed to pertain the apartment. Whoever is running the account seems to have made it a personal one with selfies and random photos. Overall, I am not pleased with this apartment complex. Probably will not recommend
