The ceilings are above average with a height of 8.5 ft and there is a spacious walk in closet for all your belongings. EXPLORE The Commodore Duchess is currently accepting applications for students interested in reserving their apartment at our community. We maintain a waitlist for those interested in securing an apartment with us. Please be aware that in order to rent at Commodore Duchess, you are required to be a matriculated student at the University of Washington and at least 18 years of age. Our housing is reserved for single students and married couples.
