Obviously not a cheap flowershop at a prime airport location, but quality appears to be good. Attractive bunches of real or wooden tulips for tourists to take home.

They said I did not need a phyto certificate for Japan, only us and uk so I bought bulbs. You need a certificate so I was unable to bring them back. Waste of money.
My husband bought me a Valentine bouquet at Aviflora, 10 red roses and a big helium balloon (very sweet). Two days later 25% of the flowers were totally hanging and three days later (75%) is gone. Only two roses are still rocking together with the fake red hart, but as a whole it looks very poor. To bad the strategy of this shop is to exploit a day like this with cheap quality while asking, i assume, the jackpot. A true florist would deliver quality and is always reliable, quality is not gone after three days, trustworthy is not easily gained.

Disappointed in the company's training of their staff. I specifically asked whether their production met USA import regulations before making my purchase and was assured that all was in order. However, it was not. All purchases were confiscated by customs because packaging and documentation did not meet standards that were described by customs agents as long- standing and well-known.
The seller sold me tulip bulbs. After I paid, I asked for the certificate to bring the to another country but she said this package has no certificate. When I asked her to return money, she refused. Too bad service.
Nice store with nice and good flowers. Staff is also very nice
