In this bank branch of rudrapur total fraud employees are there. I go for kyc in my wife account, and their is a lady name Deepika says open a demat account to activate kyc. We talked to customer care he said to register complain again the branch because demat account is for shares in stock market demat account have nothing to do with kyc. After that we didn't open demat account they continously calling for 3-4 days to open demat account and always says your account didn't have kyc please open demat account but we do kyc from other branch without demat account type fraud.Total frauds are their if anyone visit be careful.
