This location was awful. First of all, we couldn't find them upon our arrival at the Rouen train station. We hauled our luggage up and down the street looking for their address. We finally were informed by Avis that they , Sixt, \partner\ with the parking lot overseers downstairs. When we got to the parking lot people, no one was there. I called the number posted and the man answering said he had to get off the phone. I speak fluent French but everyone was rude, including the welcome staff at the train station. Evidently they were late for lunch and didn't have time to help us. Finally, the Sixt people called us to say no one was in the parking lot. After an hour of standing around by ourselves in the parking lot, a representative showed up. They apologized and upgraded us, but we will never use this company again.

Encore une excellente expérience de location. Rapport qualité prix excellent aussi : Audi Q2 s-line 2020 à un prix imbattable. Personnel toujours attentive aux besoins de ces clients!
Localisation simple et véhicule soigné
Voiture propre, agent souriant, mais j'ai perdu 30 minutes suite à un couac de leur part lors de la remise des clés (mon contrat n'était pas prêt). Malgré les excuses, un dédommagement aurait été appréciable...!
