Awful service. Bought a car from them. In a week breakdown. They argued to repair under consumer rights act but then tried to repair car. Fixed fuel pump for 6 weeks then turbo blown. Another 2 weeks. Tried to fix that then a week later that went again. I gave up and scrap sold the car. What a waste of time effort money and my health trying to find out what was happening every day. Upto you for me never again this was July 2019

Outstanding customer service, Claire and the team really make you feel valued. There's no pushy sales pitch and everything was clearly explained on top of being really good value. Even after I had purchased a car the team continued to answer any questions or problems I had in the following months. I had bought a ford fiesta 1.25 lx 2003 from here on 10 july 2018, and still have it till this day just under 2 years, and has been very reliable, has cost me a track rod end wich 50 pound and a new battery 35 plus 2 year mots, wich is general wear and tear, starts up everyday hot or cold clutch still good, outside was very clean no chips or dents, inside had been valeted but still had stains but was not fussed as it is a work car and my firstcar and was on 900 pound as i can remember, would buy a car here again if they had the car i wanted
